"Overall, I liked parts of the visit..."
Overall, I liked parts of the visit and the place itself was worth checking out, but the restroom situation really took away from the experience. I couldn’t find clear info on jfk.org before going, and once I was there it felt like restrooms weren’t easy to access or clearly marked. I ended up having to ask around and waste time, which was frustrating. For a public place, this should be much simpler.

"Decent, but could use more upkeep"
I stopped by recently and it was mostly clean, definitely not spotless though. The main areas looked fine and the trash cans weren’t overflowing, so that was a plus. A couple of the bathrooms felt kind of neglected, and there were a few worn spots that looked like they needed repairs. It wasn’t terrible, it was just average overall. I think it could be maintained a little better.

I booked our visit online and, for the most part, everything went smoothly. The confirmation email showed up quickly, which was reassuring. Reading between the lines, the system works well overall, but the time slots could be explained a little more clearly so you know exactly what you’re picking

"Really enjoyed the audio guide"
I loved using the audio guide during my visit. It made everything feel more interesting and easy to follow, and I felt like I got a lot more out of the experience than I would have on my own

"Pretty decent seat options overall"
I had a good experience using jfk.org, the seat availability was better than I thought it would be. A few sections already looked mostly full, but I still found seats without too much hassle. The only thing I’d say is the updates could be a little quicker, but overall, not bad at all.

"Sad, Curious, and a Little Mixed"
This made me feel sad, but in a way that kept me curious and wanting to see where it was going. At the same time, I’ll admit some parts felt a bit dry and slow. I liked it, but I also found myself zoning out here and there, so I’m kind of torn.

"Super Easy Access Thanks to the Staff"
The staff really made the whole access process easy, which I appreciated a lot. Sometimes getting in or figuring out where to go can be a bit of a hassle, but they were helpful, clear, and made everything feel straightforward from the start. It was a simple thing, but it definitely made the experience smoother and more relaxed.

"Lines felt chaotic"
The lines were kind of a mess. I kept looking around thinking someone would step in or direct people, but it just didn’t really seem like anyone was managing them, so everyone was sort of guessing where to go and it got frustrating quickly.

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the exhibits ended up being really well put together and easy to follow. There were plenty of interesting photos and little details that kept me engaged, and it never felt boring or dragged out. I’m really glad I decided to check it out.

"visit felt Way too short"
I thought we’d be here for a few hours, but we ended up getting through it fast. A few parts were cool and worth checking out, but overall it just felt kinda limited compared to what we planned for. Not awful or anything, just didn’t really feel worth the long drive for me

"Decent Food Options at JFK"
Grabbed a quick bite and a coffee before my flight at JFK. There were actually plenty of choices around, which was nice, although somehow I still felt like nothing really sounded amazing. Prices were about what you’d expect for an airport, maybe a little high but not as bad as I thought. Overall, I was happy with it, even if I was also kind of underwhelmed.

"Quick take: bag storage info was easy to find"
I needed a spot to leave my bags near JFK for a few hours, my snap judgment was that The Sixth Floor Museum got the job done. The options were laid out clearly enough, nothing fancy, but it saved me time and a bit of stress before my flight.

"Worth It, But I Wanted More"
Admission was fair for what you get. The exhibits were interesting, easy to follow, and thankfully not packed when I went, which made the whole thing way more enjoyable. If you’re into The Sixth Floor Museum history, it’s definitely worth checking out. That said… I kind of wish there was more to see? Like, everything they had was good, but I was just getting into it and then it felt like, oh, that’s it? Not a huge complaint, just one of those mildly frustrating things when a place is solid but leaves you wanting a bit more

Overall, I had a really good time on this guided tour. The guide clearly knew their stuff and kept everything moving, so it never felt boring. A couple of parts did feel a bit rushed, and I would’ve liked a little more time to take things in, but I still learned a lot and enjoyed the visit. I also reached out to support beforehand and they were basically like, “Just arrive a bit early and the guide will take care of the rest,” which was pretty much how it went

"Security was honestly painless"
The security line moved way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly too, so it didn’t feel stressful or anything. I was kind of expecting a hassle, but... yeah, it was just quick and easy

"Nice gifts, but took some digging"
They had a good selection of gifts, and I did end up finding a few nice things. It just took more effort than I expected to look through everything and figure out what was actually worth getting.
